Frequently asked questions:
What does 'RTT' stand for?
The 'Réduction du temps de travail' (RTT) or Reduction of Work Time is a system that provides for the allocation of days or half-days of rest to an employee whose working hours exceed 35 hours per week.
How to log RTT in the OmniPlatform?
You must log annual leave and RTT on the OmniPlatform. Please specify when annual leave is RTT in the notes when you submit it. This is important for compliance.
What is the payroll cycle in France?
The payroll cycle in France is monthly.
Payroll runs from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.
Payroll cut-off date is 6th of the month* (any changes to payroll or variables must be shared with Omnipresent by this date)
*Omnipresent supports both 6th and 15th cut-off dates in this country depending on our local partner. While we prioritise local partners with a later cut-off date, local partners with an earlier cut-off date might be chosen because of visa sponsorship ability and other factors. If you would like to switch to a local partner with a later cut-off date, feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team at help@omnipresent.com.Payment date is the last working day of the month (this is when employees will receive their salary payment).
