Frequently asked questions:

What does 'RTT' stand for?

  • The 'Réduction du temps de travail' (RTT) or Reduction of Work Time is a system that provides for the allocation of days or half-days of rest to an employee whose working hours exceed 35 hours per week.

How to log RTT in the OmniPlatform?

What is the payroll cycle in France?

  • The payroll cycle in France is monthly.

  • Payroll runs from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.

  • Payroll cut-off date is 6th of the month* (any changes to payroll or variables must be shared with Omnipresent by this date)
*Omnipresent supports both 6th and 15th cut-off dates in this country depending on our local partner. While we prioritise local partners with a later cut-off date, local partners with an earlier cut-off date might be chosen because of visa sponsorship ability and other factors. If you would like to switch to a local partner with a later cut-off date, feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team at help@omnipresent.com.

  • Payment date is the last working day of the month (this is when employees will receive their salary payment).
