๐Ÿ“† Here is what payroll schedule to anticipate

Employees are paid on the last working day of the month. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5.00 p.m.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Payslip Access

Payslips will be sent directly to the employee by our LPP (RBB International) via the Lucca platform.

โš•๏ธ Health check

In France, you must complete a periodic medical check within 3 months of starting your role. If you have a valid occupational health certificate from a similar role, a new check may not be required. Certificates are valid for 5 years, so please provide yours during the onboarding if it is still valid.

If you require a new check please let us know and our provider CIAMT will get in touch with you directly via email to schedule your appointment.

๐Ÿ“‰ Understand your Payslip

Under the portage salarial CBA, 10% of your gross salary will be transferred to your "compte d'activitรฉ" as a financial reserve. This financial reserve will be paid out to you on a monthly basis, as agreed in your contract. It is intended to cover periods of reduced activity or inactivity.

๐Ÿค‘ Here's where to go for expenses

Please submit your receipts to the โ€œExpensesโ€ section of your OmniPlatform profile. The expense must be submitted and approved before the payroll cut-off date to be paid at the end of the month.

๐ŸŒด Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the โ€œTime Offโ€ tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.

If applicable, please specify when annual leave is RTT in the notes when you submit it. This is important for compliance.

๐ŸŒ Wondering about your public holidays?

You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.

๐Ÿค’ Sick Leave

Employees should record their sick leave on the Omniplatform under the โ€œTime Offโ€ tab. Please send any corresponding documentation to help@omnipresent.com as soon as possible.

You should have received an email from Neteem with your login details to their expense platform Expensya. They'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to use it. Please reach out to us know if you have not received your login details.

Contact your direct supervisor for approval, then mark the days in your timesheet. Make sure to send it to operations@neteem.com by the 20th of the month. This is to ensure it is managed properly on the payroll end.

Employees hired by Parakar France

๐Ÿ“† Here is what payroll schedule to anticipate

Employees are paid on the 25th of the month or the nearest business day if the 25th falls on a weekend. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5.00 p.m.

๐Ÿ’ธ Here's where to go for payslips

You can access it every month via Parakarโ€™s internal platform. You should have received an email to create your user portal. Parakar will upload the payslip there each month and you will receive a notification when they do so.

๐Ÿค‘ Here's where to go for expenses

You should have received an email from Parakar with your login details to their expense platform Rydoo. They'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to use it. Please reach out to us if you have not received your login details.

๐ŸŒด Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Inform our local partner Parakar (france@parakar.eu) via email and attach your manager's approval to the email. Also, please include the type of leave i.e. PTO/RTT, and the dates in the email. You also need to register them in the timesheet.

๐Ÿค’ Here's what to do if you are feeling unwell

For sick days you need to confirm the illness by a sick note within 48 hours. Please send the sick note to Parakar via email. All employees have to complete a timesheet on a monthly basis and send it to Parakar signed. You should have received this information in the onboarding email from Parakar.

Your Employer is mentioned under your name.
