Applicable Laws to Your Employment Agreement

This legal arrangement is facilitated through Omnipresent or our affiliated local partner in France.

Working with Omnipresent doesn't classify you as an independent contractor. Instead, when you sign an employment contract, you become a full-time employee under the local entity—this could be Omnipresent or one of our affiliated partners.
