At Omnipresent, we are committed to providing support for businesses looking to expand their global workforce. However, there are certain job titles and activities that we cannot accommodate due to regulatory and logistical considerations.

Job Titles Involving Regulated Activities:

Depending on local regulations, Omnipresent may not be able to support certain job titles involving regulated activities (e.g. financial activities, insurance products, law, accounting, medicine, and other specifically regulated matters) due to the complex legal and compliance requirements associated with these roles.

Additionally, we may not facilitate some on-site roles if they present too much occupational risk. This is judged on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusion of Blue-Collar Employees in Manual Labor Roles:

We do not support hiring blue-collar employees engaged in manual labor, repetitive operations, or physical tasks in industries like manufacturing, construction, or transportation. These roles often require special authorizations or specific insurance that are beyond the scope of our services.

Considerations for Hiring Executives or C-level Positions:

Hiring executives or C-level positions may constitute a Permanent Establishment (PE) risk for your company. We strongly advise seeking external legal advice before pursuing such hiring to understand the potential implications fully.
