Submitting a termination does not automatically terminate the employee and does not notify the employee in any way. Instead, this will notify our dedicated offboarding team and they will provide everything you need to know about the termination. Once you have all of the information, you can decide if you'd like to proceed with the termination.
If the off-boarding team is already in touch with you and wish to cancel the request, please reply to the thread in which they contacted you and ask them to cancel the request.
Alternatively, send a message to help@omnipresent.com to cancel the termination request and we will communicate this to our offboarding team. Make sure to include the name of the employee and the date of the request so we can best assist you.
