Have a conversation with your line manager. The company will need to fully approve an employee's relocation due to potential pricing changes, etc.

Ensure you have the right to work in that country. You'll need to make sure you can provide proof of 'right to work', a bank account and a registered address in your desired country.

Your old employment contract will be terminated and a new employment contract will be sent to you to begin once you are in your new location.
