The help bubble in the bottom-right of the screen when you're viewing this article, or from within your OmniPlatform account, allows you to browse articles, live chat Support, and view your previously opened queries.

To chat with us, log into your OmniPlatform account and click on the circle in the bottom right corner. Click 'Messages' > 'Send us a new message' to open a new chat.
