How to resign in the OmniPlatform

Submit your resignation through the OmniPlatform as an EOR employee

Resignation conditions and requirements vary depending on your contract and country. Initiating the process through the OmniPlatform automatically notifies our dedicated teams who will take all of the necessary next steps to complete the process with you and your manager.

Before you start:

  • You must be an EOR employee to use this process. If you're not sure, ask our Support team!

  • The status of your employment within the OmniPlatform must be 'Active' in order for you to resign.

  • Check your contract for information about your notice period, holidays, etc.

  • Have note of the days of leave you have taken.

  • If you have any questions before you start the process, reach out to help@omnipresent.com.

How to submit your resignation on the OmniPlatform and an EOR employee*:

  1. Log in to the OmniPlatform using your employee account. If you also have a manager or super admin account, ensure you use your employee profile.

  2. In the left-hand side menu, click 'Personal details', then select 'History'.

  3. In the top right, click 'Initiate resignation'.

  4. Complete the form to include the relevant information.

  5. Your manager will be informed immediately.

Please note: the date of resignation must be at least 72 hours in the future. If your situation is more delicate or urgent, reach out to support via chat for the correct next steps.

*EOR employees are employed directly through Omnipresent or one of our partners. PEO/VE employees are direct employees of Omnipresent's clients. Please contact the Support team if you are not sure if you are EOR/PEO/VE
