PEO (Professional Employer Organisation): Co-employment relationship where the Omnipresent provides onboarding support, payroll, benefits and compliance.
VE/VEO (Virtual Employer Organisation): Where your company serves as the legal employer for talent in a foreign country. By registering as a Non-Resident Foreign Employer, you can hire employees directly.
EOR (Employer of Record): Omnipresent are the full legal employer, handling international hiring and compliance in another country.
