You can set up and remove integrations with your own HRIS system through Merge; this allows you to pull employee information from your HRIS to the OmniPlatform rather than inputting it manually.
Please note:
This will only pull information from the selected employees on your HRIS.
It's not possible to pull information from the OmniPlatform back into your HRIS.
There is no ongoing sync between the HRIS and the OmniPlatform meaning the OmniPlatform will not automatically update with changes made in your HRIS.
Here are the fields you can sync:
Country of work
First name
Last name
Employee’s personal email
Job title
Job description
Salary currency
Annual base salary
City/town of work
Start date
Employee’s work email
Setting up the integration
Go to app.omnipresent.com
In the left-hand side menu, select 'Company', then select 'Integrations'.
Under the message “You are not currently connected to any HRIS”, click 'Connect HRIS'.
Select your HRIS.
Enter the required information and click 'Submit'.
Note: If you’re using Square Payroll, a new window will open. Enter your login credentials and click 'Sign in'.You’ll now see this message: “You are currently connected to [HRIS]. You can now access your employee data through OmniPlatform”.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the sync to complete.
Syncing the data from HRIS
In the OmniPlatform, in the left-hand side menu, select 'Team', then select 'People'.Near the top of the screen, click 'Pending employees'.
For each employee, click 'Complete profile'.
On the next screen, click 'Complete profile' again.
The 'Employee’s details' page will open. Near the top of the page, you will see 'Import employee data from your Human Resources Information System'. Click into the field 'Employee name or email'.
Find the employee and click 'Import employee data'.
If applicable, fill in the mandatory fields that aren’t pulled from your HRIS.
In the bottom right, click 'Next'.
Once you’re done, click 'Submit'.
