📆 Here is what payroll schedule to anticipate

Employees are paid on the last working day of the month. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5.00 p.m.

💸 Here's where to go for payslips

You will receive access to login to Definitiv (portal) where you can access your monthly payslip.

🤑 Here's where to go for expenses

Please submit your receipts to the “Expenses” section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 6th of the month will be paid out with that month’s payroll.

Your Expenses need to be logged through your OmniPlatform and recorded personally for your tax return at the end of each financial year. You can log these into My Deductions for easy submission at the end of the year or you can record these personally.

Kindly note Omnipresent will reimburse all your expenses in full (they will not be taxed) but your total income to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) will be reported (salary + expenses) and is subject to taxation unless you declare these in your tax return to the ATO.

Kindly note your Salary and Expenses will be separate on your payslip and you can submit your June payslip (this will have your end of year totals for each) as part of your tax return as proof of these being processed.

🌴 Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.

🌍 Wondering about your public holidays?

You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.

💻 Wondering about your hardware or equipment?

Omnipresent does not provide hardware, so please feel free to reach out to your Line Manager in regards to all equipment needs.

💔 Resignation?

We really hope this won't come in handy, but in order to comply with Employer of Record laws, here you will find the guidelines on what to do in case you wish to resign from us. Please remember that as part of the process, we need to officially receive your resignation through the OmniPlatform.
