When will I be enrolled in my benefits?
When will I be enrolled in my benefits?
On your start date, you will automatically receive benefit enrollment details through our partners at Resourcing Edge.
If you elect to enroll in benefits through Resourcing Edge, the deductions will be automatically taken from your paycheck. Your starting date will determine when your benefits become effective and when deductions begin. (Remember, you are always paying ahead for your benefits.)
Employee Hired on the 1st day of the Month: Benefits are effective the same day and double deductions will occur on the 1st and second payroll for the month.
Employee Hired on the 2nd β 10th day of the Month: Benefits are effective the first of the Month following the date of hire. Deductions will start on the 1st payroll of this month. No double deductions will be made.
Employee Hired on the 11th -25th-ish day of the Month: Benefits are effective the first of the Month following the date of hire. Deductions will start on the 2nd payroll for this Month, while a double deduction will occur on ONLY the 1st payroll for the following month.
