When to expect your invoices.

There are a few different types of invoices which you will receive from Omnipresent. These are:

  • Set-up fee

  • Salary prepayment

  • Deposit

  • Monthly payroll

When will each invoice arrive?

The deposit and set-up fee invoices will be sent once you have added an employee to the OmniPlatform. These will need to be paid ahead of the employee signing the local employment contract.

The salary pre-payment invoice will arrive 7 days before an employee's start date, when their status in the OmniPlatform is still 'In Progress'.

Monthly payroll invoices will arrive after the employee has started working. You can expect the invoice between the 15th and the 31st of each month for employees who have been fully onboarded and processed on payroll, once all of your employee payroll calculations for the month are completed.


Note: Omnipresent always sends you an invoice email including an invoice in .pdf format. If you don’t see a .pdf, please reach out to your IT team first. Security features in certain email clients may replace email attachments with links to said files automatically.
