Timesheets are a legal requirement in certain countries, so we ask employees based in these countries to complete timesheets every month. The timesheets are then submitted to line managers and Omnipresent for review.
If you're a line manager of such an employee, you will receive employee timesheets between the 1st and 7th of each month. Employees are given the opportunity to check and edit timesheets before they reach you.
Please note, timesheets will not impact payroll in any way. Overtime payments are only able to be supported in certain cases. Please do not encourage or approve any overtime before reaching out to your dedicated account manager or help@omnipresent.com.
How to approve a timesheet
Check your email each month for employee timesheets. Omnipresent will send these to you in .csv format by the 7th of each month.
Check the timesheet for accuracy.
By the 7th of the month, please let us know whether you approve the timesheet by replying to the original email. If the timesheet is not accurate, please let us know why.
