We have launched a limited-time referral program for all of our client employees (the employees we hire on behalf of our clients).
If you have people in your network whose companies could be in need of Employer of Record (EOR) services, we would love for you to refer them to us. You can earn up to £8,000 per referral!
This program is only running for 2 months (until the 15th of December 2024), so it’s best to move quickly. Full details about the program are here.
You should have received an email with your unique referral ID. Don't worry if you can't find it, pop us a message and we will provide your referral link!
Important: You must use your personal referral link when sharing with people in your network in order for us to be able to track the referral back to you and make sure you get compensated.
FAQs
How am I paid?
You will be paid directly via your existing payroll in the form of an additional bonus.
When will I be paid?
You will be paid in the month following the onboarding of the first employee from your referral. If the account grows further within the first year reaching a scale that unlocks the higher bonus thresholds, you will receive a top-up to the next bonus threshold in the following month.
What if my referral doesn’t convert to a customer until after November?
That’s fine, as long as your referral books a meeting with our Sales team via your referral link by the end of November, the referral will be included in this program.
Is there a limit on the number of new clients I can refer?
There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
What happens if more than one person refers someone from the same company?
The referral that books a meeting first will be the one that is compensated, so be sure to get your referrals in sooner than later.
What about tax on my referral bonus?
Referral payments may be subject to taxation and you may need to declare them to the tax authorities in the jurisdiction where you are resident for tax purposes. If in doubt, we recommend getting local, independent tax advice on your personal situation.
