Timesheets are a legal employment requirement in Germany and you will need to complete timesheets on a monthly basis. It is then your responsibility to complete and submit your timesheets which will then go to your manager for final approval.
How to submit timesheets in Germany
Log in to your OmniPlatform account.
Click on 'Employment' > 'Timesheets' in the left-hand menu.
Find the week you want to submit. You'll see all of 2024 from the 17th of June 2024.
Fill in all working times and breaks for each day. Please note, you cannot add overlapping time sections. E.g. If the working hours are 9am-5pm and a break from 1pm-2pm, please add each section like so:

5. Log all time-off taken during the week, including National and State holidays.
6. Save the timesheet.
7. Submit the timesheet.
Your manager will automatically receive an email requesting them to review the timesheet. If they require any changes, they can request it via the platform & you will receive an email notification should this occur.
Correcting a timesheet
In the case that your manager has requested for changes to be made to your timesheet, you will receive an email with the explanation. The explanation will also be viewable within the platform. Log in to your OmniPlatform account make the necessary changes promptly, and re-submit the timesheet for approval.
FAQs
Can I submit timesheets in advance?
It's possible to pre-populate weeks in advance (through 2024) and save the updates. However, you will not be able to submit timesheets until the date has passed so please log in and click 'Submit'.
Do I need to add time off (holiday, sick days, etc.) to the timesheet?
Yes, please manually add any time off to the timesheet. Time off is not automatically pulled from the 'Time Off' tab. This is an improvement we will be making as soon as possible.
How do I edit a submitted timesheet?
Submitted timesheets can only be edited is your line manager requests an amendment to be made. Please reach out to your line manager to ask them to request a change to your timesheet via the OmniPlatform.
Is overtime paid?
Overtime is only paid in certain cases, in accordance with your contract of employment and company policy, and must be pre-approved in writing by your line manager and approved by the Company. For any queries regarding this, please reach out to help@omnipresent.com.
When should I submit my timesheets?
These are weekly timesheets so please submit these once you have completed a week of work.
