Please submit your receipts to the “Expenses” section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 6th of the month will be paid out on the last working day of that month’s payroll.

If you wish to enroll in the 401K 💰
• You can enroll on the first of the month following 1 month of service and must be 21 years old. Note this is still possible even if you’ve waived other benefits
• You will automatically receive an Enrollment Book in the mail shortly before you are eligible (30 days after your start date). You can also register for online access at www.slavic401k.com. This allows you to make ongoing changes to your account. Typically, you should be able to enroll online 3-4 weeks in advance of eligibility, so you should have access shortly after you are hired.
• To enroll online, click on the "Enroll" button. Enter your Social Security Number (without dashes) and Date of Birth (with the slashes, mm/dd/yyyy) to begin the online enrollment process. Please enter all the required fields indicated by a red asterisk. At the end of the process, you will be asked to review your enrollment. Once your enrollment is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. If you need assistance or have questions about this process, please contact Slavic at (800) 356-3009.
🌴 Here's what to do for holiday/vacation
Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.
🌍 Wondering about your public holidays?
You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.
💻 Wondering about your hardware or equipment?
Omnipresent does not provide hardware, so please feel free to reach out to your Line Manager in regards to all equipment needs.
💔 Resignation
We really hope this won't come in handy, but in order to comply with Employer of Record laws, here you will find the guidelines on what to do in case you wish to resign from us. Please remember that as part of the process, we need to officially receive your resignation through the OmniPlatform.

📜 Wondering about your 1095-C?
Your 1095-C will be available by March 1st. You can access your 1095-C by logging into your employee portal, clicking on the Tax menu dropdown, then clicking on 1095-C.
