📆 Here is what payroll schedule to anticipate

Employees are paid on the last working day of the month. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5:00 p.m.

💸 Here's where to go for payslips

Your payslips will be sent to you by email on or around payday.

🍎 Health & safety requirements

To meet Latvian Health & Safety (H&S) regulations, employees need to complete an induction and obtain a health check card. This card is required for a health check at a clinic, and the completed card will be stored by Omnipresent.

We’ve partnered with SafetyFirst to manage this. After signing your contract, SafetyFirst will arrange your induction (in-person or remote) and provide safety training. They’ll need some basic information from you, which we’ll share when introducing you to them.

🤑 Here's where to go for expenses

Please submit your receipts to the “Expenses” section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 6th of the month will be paid out on the last working day of that month’s payroll.

🌴 Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.

🌍 Wondering about your public holidays?

You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.

🌡️ What should I do if I’m sick and unable to work?
Inform your manager and help@omnipresent.com as soon as possible about your inability to work. Then visit a certified medical practitioner to obtain a sick-leave certificate (darbnespējas lapu). there are two types:

  • Sick-Leave Certificate A: Covers the first 10 days of your incapacity.

  • Sick-Leave Certificate B: Applies from the 11th day onward or for specific cases like occupational diseases.

Submit the certificate to us as soon as you receive it and register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile. This ensures your absence is documented, and sick pay can be processed correctly.

💻 Wondering about your hardware or equipment?

Omnipresent does not provide hardware, so please feel free to reach out to your Line Manager in regards to all equipment needs.

❓ Here's where to go for general questions

You can contact us via the help button in the OmniPlatform (bottom right).

🔃 Need to update your personal details?

If you need to change your bank details, address, email address, or any other personal information, simply follow this guide: How to Edit Your Personal Information. Make sure to keep your records up to date to avoid any issues with payroll or communication!

💔 Resignations

We really hope this won't come in handy, but in order to comply with Employer of Record laws, here you will find the guidelines on what to do in case you wish to resign from us. Please remember that as part of the process, we need to officially receive your resignation through the OmniPlatform.
