Every calendar month there is a platform fee from Omnipresent on the first of your Contractor's invoices. The fee is £29 (USD 29, EUR 29) per contractor, per month. Depending on how often your Contractors send invoices, you might not see this on every invoice.

E.g. If your contractor invoices you for £100 on the 15th of March, the invoice (including the platform fee) will be £129. For the rest of March, the contractors can send as many invoices as they like without the platform fee as it's already been covered. When the 1st of April comes around, the platform fee will need to be paid for the month and will be automatically added to the first contractor invoice for that month.

FX fees are applicable when a currency exchange is required between the contractor's invoicing currency and your billing currency.
