Once an Omnipresent client has added you as a contractor on the OmniPlatform, you'll receive an email containing details for you to log into your new account. You'll need to be 'verified' to raise an invoice.

  1. Log in to the OmniPlatform with your Contractor account.

  2. Click ‘Create invoice’ in the top right-hand corner.

2. You will be asked to fill in the ‘Invoice title’, ‘Amount’, ‘Due date’, ‘Description of invoice’ and attachments (if any). Notice that the currency is non-editable as it has been pre-selected by your client. Please contact your client to change the invoice currency.

3. Once you fill out the information, click ‘Next’ and you will be prompted to review all information before sending the invoice to your client.

4. When you click ‘Send invoice’, the status of your invoice will be changed to ‘Delivered’. Your client will receive an email to notify them of your invoice.

5. When your client clicks ‘View Invoice’, they will see your ‘Open’ or ‘Overdue’ invoices in their dashboard, and they can click ‘Pay’ to initiate the payment.

How will I know when the client has paid an invoice?

When your client has successfully sent the payment, you will receive an email to let you know that your invoice has been paid out.

Which currencies can I send invoices in as a contractor?

Choose to send invoices in GBP, EUR or USD, however, this is pre-selected by your client. If you need to change the currency you can raise invoices in, please contact your client directly.
