๐Ÿ’ธ Here's where to go for payslips

You will receive an email with login instructions for Ceridian PowerPay (check your spam folder to see if you have not received login credentials by your first pay date). Please note that you should initialize the security questions when you first access Ceridian Powerpay employee self-service; this will enable the forgot password option. Your employee ID will be visible in the My Employment tab in the OmniPlatform.

๐Ÿฆ How to update your bank account information

Log into your account and edit the bank details. Please also upload a copy of the new void check. Without the corresponding void check we will not be able to process payments to the new account. Cut off for the same month change is the 15th of the month.

๐Ÿฅ Supplementary Health Benefits

If applicable for your employment our additional health benefits are provided through Manulife. You should receive your policy and insurance details via email.

๐Ÿค‘ Here's where to go for expenses

Please submit your receipts to the โ€œExpensesโ€ section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 15th of the month will be paid out on the last working day of that monthโ€™s payroll.

๐ŸŒด Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the โ€œTime Offโ€ tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.

๐ŸŒ Wondering about your public holidays?

You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.

๐Ÿ’ป Wondering about your hardware or equipment?

Omnipresent does not provide hardware, so please feel free to reach out to your Line Manager in regards to all equipment needs.

๐Ÿ’” Resignation

We really hope this won't come in handy, but in order to comply with Employer of Record laws, here you will find the guidelines on what to do in case you wish to resign from us. Please remember that as part of the process, we need to officially receive your resignation through the OmniPlatform.
