My .csv displays all data in one column
By default, most spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google sheets, etc.) look for a comma as the common delimiter (separator).
In some cases, the delimiter settings can be a semi-colon, tab or something else. This is common in European countries. Since our downloads output a .csv (Comma Separated Value) file, you may need to change your settings to view them.
To do this, when importing the .csv or opening it in your application of choice, select 'Comma' as the 'Separator type'.
Here’s what that looks like in Google Sheets as an example:
Then, when your .csv opens it should display each value in a separate cell, rather than all within the same cell.
Settings may vary depending on what spreadsheet application you are using; look for 'separator' or 'delimiter' in your spreadsheet application settings.

If you get all error messages, the delimiter in the .csv file isn’t a comma (,). This was caused by regional settings on your device. Reach out to your IT team.
