Omnipresent enables growing companies to onboard and pay contractors across the world effortlessly. We take care of all the manual effort to manage compliant contracts, invoices, and payments in multiple currencies.

It’s important to know that contractors are not employees. The legal obligations of having a contractor and having an employee are completely different. You may want to consider our Employer of Record (EOR) solution if you're looking to hire permanent team members abroad.

However, our contractor solution could be a good fit if you use—or would like to use—independent contractors who invoice you for the work they do. They must not be treated as an employee and the rules defining what a contractor is vary by country. You must comply with the labor laws relating to the country where the contractor is based, not your business’s country.
