When using Omnipresent's contractor product, you'll be able to use our contract template for Contractors. You can use another agreement but here is an overview of what Omnipresent's template covers:
Terms - to set out the terms of the agreement

Other activities - to cover whether or not the contractor can work for other clients including competitors.

Can I add a clause in the contract agreement with my contractors?
Omnipresent provides a contract agreement template to use between you (the client) and a Contractor. This template is not country-specific, so if you need to customise your version of this template, please review it with your local legal counsel.
In the contract agreement template, you will find the following customisations:
Details that need to be populated by you are highlighted in [grey].
Optional clauses are highlighted in [black].
Where there are two options for a clause, they are highlighted in [pink].
You own the contractual relationship between you (as the client) and the Contractor. You are free to add or remove any clause as you see fit. However, please do so with the guidance of your local counsel to ensure compliance with local regulations. Omnipresent cannot be held liable for any ramifications of using this template.
