Most countries require salary payments to be made in the local currency. As a result, our policy is to pay salaries in the local currency.
However, we appreciate that some employees will prefer to be paid in USD or EUR if they live in a country with a very unstable currency. In these cases, it's possible to adjust the salary on a quarterly basis upon request. If this is an avenue you'd like to explore, please reach out to us.
Since the salary must be paid in the local currency, you can pay adjustments and bonuses periodically to make up for currency fluctuations.
