📆 Here is what payroll schedule to anticipate

Employees are paid on the 25th of the month or the nearest business day if the 25th falls on a weekend. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5.00 p.m.

💸 Here's where to go for payslips

You will receive them by Swiss Post, if you change your address please update it in your details

🤑 Here's where to go for expenses

Please submit your receipts to the “Expenses” section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 6th of the month will be paid out on the last working day of that month’s payroll.

🌴 Here's what to do for holiday/vacation

Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.

🌍 Wondering about your public holidays?

You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.

🤒 Sick Leave

Please inform us of any sick leave by reaching us via email at help@omnipresent.com and yves.schneckenburger@treureva.ch as soon as possible.

📏Tax Questionnaire

Please bear in mind that any future changes of subjects in the Tax Questionnaire should be informed to us (help@omnipresent.com and yves.schneckenburger@treureva.ch) immediately.

💼 Business trip

It is mandatory for employees to notify the company about their business trips. Employees should provide the exact dates of their business trip to help@omnipresent.com and yves.schneckenburger@treureva.ch before the scheduled departure. Please include the departure and return dates and destination.

🏠 Change of address

Please update your address on the Omniplatform. Then email help@omnipresent.com and yves.schneckenburger@treureva.ch to inform us of the exact date you have moved/will be moving.

🔃 Need to update your personal details?

If you need to change your bank details, address, email address, or any other personal information, simply follow this guide: How to Edit Your Personal Information. Make sure to keep your records up to date to avoid any issues with payroll or communication!

💻 Wondering about your hardware or equipment?

Omnipresent does not provide hardware, so please feel free to reach out to your Line Manager in regards to all equipment needs.

💔 Resignations

We really hope this won't come in handy, but in order to comply with Employer of Record laws, here you will find the guidelines on what to do in case you wish to resign from us. Please remember that as part of the process, we need to officially receive your resignation through the OmniPlatform.
