Employees are paid within the 5th working day of the consecutive month. You should receive your salary before the end of the work day by 5.00 p.m.

Your payslips will be sent to you by email on or around payday.
🤑 Here's where to go for expenses
Please submit your receipts to the “Expenses” section of your OmniPlatform profile. Any expenses approved by your manager by the 15th of the month will be paid out on the last working day of that month’s payroll.
🌴 Here's what to do for holiday/vacation
Use your internal HR systems for annual leave requests (Please speak to your Line Manager for assistance). Once the holiday/vacation time is approved, you must register your time off in the “Time Off” tab of your OmniPlatform profile for payroll purposes.
🌍 Wondering about your public holidays?
You should always follow the public holidays of the country you're employed in, so please take those days off and rest! Please ensure you always give a heads-up to your line manager in case they're located in a different country.
🤒 Here’s what to do if you’re feeling unwell
Please inform your line manager as soon as reasonably possible on the first day of your absence due to illness or injury. Additionally, kindly log your time off in the "Time Off" tab for payroll purposes or inform your legal employer Eurofast. A medical report issued by a doctor is required and in the first 14 days of sickness, 80% of the regular salary is covered by the employer. If you are unable to work for more than 14 days due to sickness, from day 15, you can be compensated from the Social Security Institution.
👩🏼🍼Here's what to do for maternity leave
List of documents to apply for the Maternity Leave compensation from the Social Security Institution:
Please provide the following:
Medical Report (electronic copy from the e-Albania portal)
Baby’s birth Certificate
Compensation. Maternity leave income for the insured woman is:
a) 80 percent of the daily average net salary used to calculate social contributions of the last twelve months for the prenatal period and for 150 calendar days after birth.
b) 50 percent of the daily average net salary used to calculate social contributions of the last twelve months for the following period.
