Omnipresent is continually working to improve our global clients and employees experience. As part of this commitment, we are excited to announce the launch of our Business Travel Insurance policy from 1 April 2025.

This important coverage will provide your team member(s) with insurance coverage for international travel.

Key points:

  • The associated cost for this coverage is GBP 10 per team member per month

  • This cost will apply until the policy renewal date of 16 October 2025 - the new cost will be shared with you prior to this date

  • Your team member(s) employed directly by Omnipresent will automatically be covered under this travel insurance policy from 1 April 2025

  • The insurer is American International Group (AIG) a leading global insurance organization

  • AIG provide a Travel Assistance Mobile App, giving your team member(s) access to their policy on their mobile devices when traveling

  • This coverage is for team member(s) whilst they are traveling for business purposes only. It does not cover your team member(s) when they are traveling for vacation or leisure purposes.

What is covered under Omnipresent’s business travel insurance policy?

In summary, your team member(s) will have coverage for:

  • Up to GBP 3,000 for business equipment and GBP 10,000 for personal property

  • Cancellation, Curtailment, Rearrangement, Replacement, Missed Departure & Travel Delay coverage up to GBP 10,000

  • Emergency travel expenses, including medical expenses

  • Repatriation Expenses

  • Legal Expenses up to GBP 50,000

  • Personal accident coverage up to GBP 25,000

Coverage is automatic and for new joiners, invoicing will begin on the 1st of the month following their hire date. However, we can support a waiver if coverage is already provided or not required due to the employee's circumstances.

If you wish to waive coverage, please complete the following form, and we will remove the employee for the policy starting the next month after completion.
